Nisha, Nisha, is a highly sought after empowerment
speaker, author, and TV host. Nisha has a servant’s heart and is passionate
about inspiring and encouraging the masses to find their inner greatness;
and to live their best life.
Nisha truly believes that where you come from doesn’t determine your
outcome. This belief was inspired by personal experience. She grew up
in an urban neighborhood in Maryland, where poverty, drugs and welfare
plagued the residents. Despite her background, Nisha took the high road
and paved a course to a successful life. As result, she went to college
and landed several career opportunities in the congressional arena.
However, Nisha felt an inner calling and surrendered to her passion
to empower others.
In 2009, Nisha founded, Synergy Lounge, an empowerment
organization. Nisha’s inspirational spirit and the increasing needs
of the global community fueled her desire to seek a broader platform
to help more people. After graduating from broadcasting school, Nisha
interned at ION Media Networks, where she gained experience interviewing
guests via satellite TV and hosting field reporting segments. Soon after,
Nisha started Synergy Lounge TV and began to release her gift of compassion
and speaking talents to the world via internet.
In addition to TV and
red carpet hosting, Nisha frequently speaks to youth groups, students,
entrepreneurs, and women ministries about using intentional and deliberate
strategies to create their best life by giving back, overcoming fear,
and toxic relationships, among other topics. She dazzles her audiences
with infectious energy and fascinating story telling. Her seminars and
workshops are soul-stirring and convey life-altering messages that leave
a lasting impact on the minds of ordinary people.
Among her many accomplishments, Nisha graduated from the Columbia School
of Broadcasting, the Federal Government’s prestigious Executive Leadership
Program, and majored in communication studies at the University of Maryland.
In 2011, she published, Nisha’s Nuggets, a book of inspirational quotes,
which followed her first book that was published a year earlier, “The
Self Architect: Redesigning Your Life” co-authored with 24 international
women. However, her greatest accomplishments are her two young adult
children. Nisha resides in Maryland with her family.
